A Simple Dish

Today, I made one of the my favorite dishes☆

This is carpaccio!!

Surprisingly, it was very very easy to make it.

It took just 20 minutes to make it☆ ;D

The reason is because I used a original pack contained several spice.

It's ok to just mix those spice and olive oil.

And then put it on raw fishes. It's ready♪

The flavor of olive oil was very nice. xD

It doesn't follow that making difficult dishes is better than

making simple dishes.

Simple is the best. ;P

Today, surprisingly, I tried to make dinner!

Usually, I don't cook. But when I watched pretty dishes on a woman's blog, I wanted to cook like her.

And I thought it was not bad to make dishes after a long time. :P



To make dishes was harder than I expected.

And surprisingly, it was also difficult to cut ingredients into good size. I didn't know appropriate size. In addition, my knife skill was very dangerous!! O.o

All told, this dish was ready!!


I cut a carrot into the shape of heart with a small press.

It's fun to make dishes originality, isn't it?

My mother and sister enjoyed eating it, so I was really glad.

I'll try to make other dishes within days... ^^

My father will come back soon! I'm looking forward to seeing his reaction. :)

Today was very wonderful day, because it was my birthday!!

My family, relatives, and friends cereblated my birthday. I felt happy. :-D

Usually, I don't often exchange e-mails, but today was special. :-) Many friends gave me nice e-mails. x-D

At first, yesterday, my sister gave me nice present☆

I ate this until I was satisfied. :-P

Actually, I ate too much, so after a few minutes, I wasn't comfortable... X(

But!!! It's ok♪ because I was very happy to eat this delicious sweets♡♡ ;-q

Nice Encounter♪

Hi everyone!

It's been a while since I wrote my blog.

Today, when I went shopping with my mother, I found this sweets♡♡♡

The name is " 最中(Monaka)", one of the Japanese sweets.　

It consists of sweet cream "Anko" and an ice cream sandwitched between two sweets made of " Mochi". (It's difficult to explain this sweets...^^;)

This is nice picture, isn't this? This seems to be delicious, right right?? ＾皿＾

So, the moment I found this, I wanted soon!!

In addition, the size was like this.

It was bigger than my hands!! O.O Of course, the taste was very nice as I expected♡♡♡

The "Anko" cream was not too sweet, and it matched for the matcha-flavored ice cream. The size was enough for me. ^^

I'll introduce other my favorite sweets next time. ＾皿＾

My part-time job

I have done a part-time job nowadays.

I guradually get used to working. ^_^

But I have to be careful not to make calessmistakes.


Today, lots of customers came to my shop. So, I worked harder than usually.

I'm getting a stiff neck... Help... help me!! >o<

Today, my gramma gave me sweet chocolates as early valentine♡

The Sky

When I leave my home at morning, the sun just rises. So, the sky is dark.

I took the picture at my parking space. It was 6:30 a.m.

Sometimes, I leave home at 5:50. At the time, the sky is very dark and there is the moon.

It's hard to get up early every morning, but if you get up early, you can see the beautiful color of the sky. ;)

If you always get up late, get up early for once!!

Yesterday, I ate out at a restaurant with my sister.
This is my favorite dish, Sirloin Steak done rare! :D

Does it look delicious, doesn't it? ;)

When I eat at the restaurant, I always order it.
Until before, I didn't think I was bored with the dish.

But this time, at last I felt bored with the taste!!
I don't mean I don't like this dish, just be bored with it.

Next time, what dishes should I order at the restaurant~♪

A sweet candy♡

It's the first that I write my blog in this year!
How was your New Year's day?
My New Year's day was very nice. I spent the day with my family, grandmother and relatives.

Now, I'm taking an English class.
In the class, I got a sweet candy from my English teacher. :)
She went to America during winter vacation, so she bought sweet candys for us as a souvenir.
The candy is known as a valentine candy in America. ;)
Do students who take Molden's English class got the candy?
